BeOneCity's "CALL ME JOE"

The Epic story!

Finally! The way "Call me Joe" was meant to be seen... Newly cut to include all five episodes of the groundbreaking web series from http://www.beonecity.com/, and letter-boxed to reflect how it was originally envisioned. If you haven't seen it yet, see this one, of you've seen it before, check it out, it's a whole new "Joe"!

When and how to tell a date, or perspective sex partner you’re positive is a nerve wracking, stomach-churning crisis every HIV+ person faces. Every email, every IM, casual encounter, or blind date has an overtone of dread. “Will they freak out?” “Will I get rejected?” “How can I tell a complete stranger my most private fact?”

CALL ME JOE follows Dave (David LeBarron) as he falls in love with his new boyfriend Joe and puts off telling him about his HIV status until it may be too late. Joe is played by Christopher Cirillo’s derrière, voiced by Will Boddington. This slightly ridiculous pairing ends up pulling some heart strings and bringing up serious points: Who’s responsible? When is disclosure appropriate? “There’s no judgments or answers here. The point is to start the discourse and then have a lot of safe sex!” LeBarron winks, “which better when everyone knows the deal…If I say honesty is the only policy is that corny?”
